On September 24, our school proudly participated in the Terry Fox Walk. Students and staff came together to honor Terry Fox’s legacy while raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, we raised $1,080 in donations.
The walks were led by Mrs. Rossiter and Mr. Boutilier, who helped make the event a memorable experience for our students. Kindergarten and Grade 1 students walked on the upper field, Grade 2 students walked on the back field, and students in Grades 3 to 5 took part in a neighborhood walk.
Thank you to everyone who donated and supported this important cause. Together, we raised awareness, showed our support, and helped fund cancer research.
