On Tuesday, students and staff proudly wore orange shirts in recognition of Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Throughout the day, students participated in meaningful classroom discussions and activities to learn about the importance of truth, reconciliation, and the experiences of Indigenous Peoples in Canada. As part of their learning, all students contributed to the collaborative orange shirt project featured in the photo, demonstrating our school’s commitment to remembrance, respect, and reconciliation. 🧡
