The Diversity Club is excited to invite everyone to participate in Traditional Tuesday!
On Tuesday February 24th, we encourage you to wear traditional clothing that represents your culture and heritage. We are fortunate to be part of a school community with families from many different countries, backgrounds, and traditions. Traditional Tuesday is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate that diversity and learn more about one another.
Wear whatever traditional dress is meaningful and appropriate to your culture. If you were born in Canada, you might choose something like plaid or a “Canadian tuxedo” (a jean shirt and jeans!).
You can also show your pride in being part of the Frank L. Bowser community by wearing our school colors — blue and white — because that’s part of our school culture, too!
We look forward to seeing our school filled with vibrant traditions and community spirit. Let’s celebrate who we are, together!
